Other useful information

Participants will be organised into two age groups, 11-16 and 16-25, and activities will be age appropriate.

All participants must be in education or training to take part in this festival. Participants can come as part of a group such as a school or college or take part as an individual.

All care, including administering medication, will be the responsibility of each participant's parent/carer. Treloar's will not be providing care staff for the festival although a nurse will be available in the event of an emergency.

For security and safeguarding reasons, CCTV on the Treloar's and Eggar's sites will be operational at all times during the festival.

We need a minimum of 80 participants to make the festival feasible. If fewer than 80 participants have registered by 30 April 2018, the festival will not go ahead and all registration fees will be refunded.
