A great gym, 25 metre main pool, fitness classes, sports hall, climbing wall, events facilities, swimming lessons and cafe.

Learn to swim with the Better Swim School programme or enrol on a course. Play a game of hockey, tennis or football or enjoy a netball match with like-minded people. Relax with a drink, snack or meal in the cafe after your workout or while the little ones learn and play.

The 98 station fitness suite features Cybex Cardio and resistance equipment. There are also large freeweights area and spin studio. The fitness suite has the space you need to enjoy your workout, and the variety of equipment to keep you challenged. All CV stations are equipped with integrated screens, allowing you to watch and listen to the TV and radio while you work out.

People of all abilities are welcome and the highly trained instructors are always there to help, inspire and motivate. When joining you get a full induction and personal programme to show you how to use the equipment properly.
