The purpose of the Pathway Head Coach is to lead the technical direction of the ENG Pathway programmes (U17 & U19) enabling effective alignment with the Roses & Futures programme, including the identification, development and progression of athletes with the potential to become World Class Roses

Job Description

These are exciting times for England Netball, with a growing membership, regular television coverage & a growing international competition calendar. The purpose of the Pathway Head Coach is to lead the technical direction of the ENG Pathway programmes (U17 & U19) enabling effective alignment with the Roses & Futures programme, including the identification, development and progression of athletes with the potential to become World Class Roses. Similarly supporting & influencing the NSL Franchise Performance Coaches (FPC) to set netball specific elements for NSL age group national players aligned to WITTW (What It Takes to Win).

The role will also be responsible for working closely with the Performance Coaching & Sport Science/Medicine team to design and implement high quality periodised training and competition programs for targeted players (IPP), driving an ENG coaching philosophy & leading age group squads at International events.
