Doing Sport Differently resource

Disability Rights UK have produced a new resource to support disabled people to be active. ‘Doing Sport Differently – A guide to exercise and fitness for people living with disability or health conditions’.

The latest guide in the Doing Life Differently series is written by and for people with lived experience of disability or health conditions and covers the benefits of sport and fitness, how you can get involved – whether playing, watching or coaching. It’s not just for the next Baroness Tanni Grey-Thompson, but for everyone! It needn’t be competitive, it needn’t be hard work, it just needs to be fun.

EFDS are mentioned throughout as a great starting point for insight, resources and our renowned IFI programme.

If you want to be more physically active then this is the guide for you.

Disability Rights UK would like to thank Visa- sole sponsor of Doing Sport Differently.
