Para-Shooting launches campaign to find new talent

British Shooting has launched Para-SHOOT for Gold campaign, targeting people who have a physical impairment and a passion for sport. It aims to find and support the next generation of Paralympic Rifle and Pistol potential. You may have a dream to represent and win medals for Great Britain at Paris 2024 and LA 2028.

Whether you have a history in sport at amateur or elite level, or maybe never tried shooting, you could have what it takes. The organisers want to showcase the sport and for those interested, signpost them to a disability club hub to try it out.

Successful recruits will join the British Shooting Talent Academy on a confirmation period to support their development for progression onto the British Shooting World Class Programme.

So you don’t have to be the next shooting star, like Matt Skelton, to join in with the campaign.
