National Junior Athletics Championships 2019 programme

On the 6 and 7 July, more than 200 young disabled athletes from across the UK will compete in the National Junior Athletics Championships. The Lions Club International and British Athletics are delighted to support the event, organised by Activity Alliance. Full track and field programme now available to download.

Aiming to increase the number of disabled people in sport, the event is an opportunity for athletes to compete in a series of track and field events.

Whether spotting future stars, or joining in the spectator fun, the event is free to attend. Saturday’s event runs from 9:45am until 5pm. Sunday, events will start at 9.30am and the awards ceremony will finish around 1pm.

The full track and field programme means athletes with a wide range of impairments can take part - something, which many events do not regularly offer.
