Meadowside Leisure Centre's fitness suite features a modern gym setting. It's a purpose built studio with state of the art Matrix fitness equipment.

The gym facilities at Meadowside Leisure Centre include a multi station fitness suite containing the latest world class strength and cardiovascular equipment from the renowned fitness equipment experts, Matrix Fitness.

The team includes professional, qualified and approachable fitness staff. They are dedicated to delivering award-winning service and their purpose is to provide you with a first class experience.

Whether you are starting out for the first time, returning to exercise after a break or injury rehabilitation, or are a regular gym user looking for the most effective and welcoming service, this centre can cater for all your needs.

Alongside our vast range of cardiovascular equipment we also have Matrix's latest range of resistance equipment, state of the art functional trainer by X-Cube, our Boditrax body monitoring system and an extended free weights area with dumbbells up to 40kg.

There is also a fantastic array of weekly fitness classes, suitable for all abilities, taking place in the fully air conditioned 12m² dedicated aerobics studio (Studio A). Please see our fitness class timetable for more information.

Our gyms are available via pay as you go sessions or if you are visiting more frequently you'll benefit from our Premier Fitness Membership range which also gives you access to our fitness classes and swimming pools.

Meadowside Leisure Centre offers a wide range of flexible membership options so you can find the package that best suits your goals and needs.

There is no contract, no admin fee, with single and couple membership options plus monthly or annual payment schemes all available.
