The charity is looking to appoint an exceptional individual to join our small and high-performing Research and Insight team. The Senior Research and Impact Advisor will play a key role in demonstrating our organisational impact and shaping our approach to internal and external evaluation.

You will develop consistent, engaging, and accessible methods of evaluation to use across the organisation. These will inform audiences what we do and contribute to our robust evidence base. You will also ensure that each team’s outputs are well represented within our collective impact measures.
