CP Sport announces team kit sponsor for CPISRA World Games

To mark 150 days to go to the start of the World Games, Cerebral Palsy Sport (CP Sport) is delighted to announce sponsorship for the Team CP England kit by Goodman Corporate Finance.

The 2015 CPISRA World Games will take place in the heart of the historic city of Nottingham between 6-16 August 2015. The majority of the competition action is taking place at the new iconic Harvey Hadden Sports Complex.

The international competition which is attracting entries from over 18 nations so far will include athletics (including racerunner), bowls, swimming, para taekwondo, table cricket and the inaugural Under 19 CP Football World Championships. Team CP England will be entering a number of the above sports at the Games.

The sponsorship donation from Goodman Corporate Finance has enabled Cerebral Palsy Sport to raise additional funds through the Big Give Fundraising Challenge last December and we thank Candis and other supporters for supporting the Big Give Challenge.

Alison Talbot, Chief Executive of Cerebral Palsy Sport said:

'We are delighted to announce Goodman Corporate Finance as the sponsors of Team CP England kit and we thank Paul, his team, Candis and all our Big Give supporters who are enabling us to provide kit to our England team.'

Paul Goodman, from Goodman Corporate Finance said:

'We are delighted to be supporting Team CP England as part of Cerebral Palsy Sport’s team for the World Games. I saw at first hand the difference the charity’s work can make when I attended the launch of its new and innovative team sport frame football.
My wife and I have both supported the charity through fundraising for a few years, and we decided that as well as giving on a personal level, the company could offer a way to raise the team’s profile with a wide network of people across the corporate world.'
