Date announced for National Paralympic Day 2015

Cheer on sporting heroes and take part in a range of family games and entertainment, at one of the biggest events of the summer. Celebrate National Paralympic Day at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park on Sunday 26 July.

A celebration of the Paralympic movement and an opportunity for people in the UK to come together to relive the magic of London 2012, National Paralympic Day will be celebrated for the third time since the British public came together to make the home Games of 2012 the most successful in history.

Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park will provide the focal point of the National Paralympic Day action, including lots of opportunities to meet ParalympicGB stars and see them in action at the iconic venues.

An amazing day out for people of all ages, it’s a great way to relive the magic of London 2012 and look forward to Rio in little over a year’s time!

Visitors to the National Paralympic Day can meet some of their Paralympic heroes, try lots of sporting activities for themselves and also enjoy The Mayor of London’s Liberty Festival, which showcases the nation’s finest talent in deaf and disability arts.

DisabledGo provide online accessibility information to places across the Queen Elizabeth Olympic park so that anybody with an access requirement can decide whether it is suitable before visiting. Click here to view the access guide online.
