New gymnastics opportunities for disabled people in England

'I’M IN' is a new and exciting disability programme from British Gymnastics, which creates more participation opportunities for disabled people in gymnastics. There are 27 disability gymnastics events available right across England, providing a fantastic opportunity for disabled people to come and try the exciting sport of gymnastics for the first time.

More events will be added to the calendar in June 2014, taking place in seven additional venues across England. All events are ‘Pan Disability’ and so are open to disabled people with any impairment. Registration is currently open for events.

Events across England are delivered by British Gymnastics Disability Hub Clubs. These Hub Clubs have been appointed due to their extensive experience of providing quality gymnastics activity for disabled people. Seven Hub Clubs have already started delivering events; with a further seven Hub Clubs delivering disability gymnastics events from June 2014 onwards.

In addition to the events which are on offer at Hub Clubs, there are hundreds of clubs all over Great Britain that offer either disability gymnastics or inclusive gymnastics programmes. In fact, more and more clubs are getting involved every year.
