Join our team as a Fundraising Manager

The English Federation of Disability Sport (EFDS) was established in September 1998 as the strategic lead and umbrella body for disabled people in sport and physical activity throughout England. Our vision is that disabled people are active for life. As a national charity, dedicated to disabled people in sport and physical activity, we support a wide range of organisations to include disabled people more effectively.

EFDS has a strong track record in growth of projects and securing funding for those projects. We now need to build on this success by developing existing and securing new sources of sustainable income.

We are therefore seeking a highly experienced Fundraising Manager to build relationships and secure significant sums of money from grant making trusts, foundations, Government and other major donors, including corporates.

The successful candidate will have an outstanding track record in these areas of fundraising, will be a great relationship builder and will be used to working in a complex environment.

This is a unique opportunity to join an ambitious and growing organisation that makes a real difference to the lives of disabled people.

Deadline for applications is 9 June 2014.
