Entries open for British Junior Para Swimming Championships 2024

Activity Alliance is pleased to announce that entries for the British Junior Para Swimming Championships 2024 are now open. The event takes place at the Alan Higgs Centre in Coventry on 8-9 June 2024.

The British Junior Para Swimming Championships takes place this June and entries are now open. Coventry will see some of the best junior swimmers take to the pool, with this year an international event.

The competition is a well-established part of the nation’s swimming pathway for young disabled people. Many world and Paralympic medallists have discovered their talent at this event over the years. Organised by Activity Alliance in partnership with Swim England, the event aims to increase participation and talent development opportunities for young disabled swimmers.

Online entry system

Entry to the British Junior Para Swimming Championships 2024 is through an online entry system only. If you require support to access and complete an online entry, please email Alex Prior Crespo, events@activityalliance.org.uk, or call 07866921745.

Early bird rate entry deadline: 12 noon on Sunday 10th May 2024, cost £14 per event

Additional/late entries deadline: Late entries and Additional Swims, for swimmers who have already entered before 12pm on 10th May 2024 and late entries will be accepted after the closing date, up to 5th June 2024 at 12pm this will be at a cost of £29 per event.

Event location: The Alan Higgs Centre, Allard Way, Coventry CV3 1HW.

Event dates: Saturday 8 and Sunday 9 June 2024.

Session times

  • Saturday 8 June 2024: Session one - 12:00pm. Session two - 4:00pm. 

  • Sunday 9 June 2024: Session three - 9:30am.

Coach passes and spectator tickets

All poolside coaches and personal care attendants must apply for coach accreditation online through Eventbrite. Accreditation costs £13 per person.

Spectator tickets are on sale online through Eventbrite. Seating is unreserved. Tickets will also be available for purchase on the door at an increased cost and will be for sessions that have not already sold out online.

Adult weekend ticket - £25 (on the door - £27) 

Concession weekend ticket - £12.50 (on the door - £14.50) 

Per session ticket - £10 (on the door - £12)
