Support your local schools to deliver high quality PE through Inclusive PE Training

Could you help us to support teachers and school staff to provide high quality PE for all young people?

The English Federation of Disability Sport (EFDS) believes that every young person should have access to an active lifestyle regardless of ability or impairment. To make this happen, we know the important role that a positive experience in PE can have.

Through the Sainsbury’s Active Kids for All scheme we have free Inclusive PE Training to provide primary and secondary schools across the UK. This initiative is specifically designed to improve the quality of PE provision for young disabled people in mainstream schools. Through the training, teachers will be supported to ensure all pupils are engaged and make good progress within PE, both of which are essential in outstanding teaching.

For more information about the training and to hear from some of those trained please visit our programme page.

So, if you have a connection with a school please make them aware of this training and together we can support the delivery of Inclusive PE.

To register interest for individuals to take part in this training please ask them to contact send@youthsporttrust.org or visit www.inclusivepe-eng.co.uk.

We can deliver bespoke workshops where we have 13 attendees or more. To arrange this, please download the workshop booking form below.
