New webinar: Strengthening inclusive practice with Leading Inclusion
We’re excited to invite you to the third webinar in our supporter series, designed to help you take meaningful steps towards more inclusive practice.
Taking place on Wednesday 29 April at 12:30 this session introduces Leading Inclusion, a powerful approach to strengthening inclusion for organisations and individuals. Led by Andrew and Alice from our Partnerships Team, the webinar will guide you through both the Single Pillar and Full Workshop formats, helping you understand how each can support real, lasting change in your work.
A key focus of this session is the Disabled People’s Experiences pillar, which sits at the heart of our new Self-Reflection Tool, created specifically for Activity Alliance supporters. This pillar encourages you to put the lived experiences of disabled people at the heart of your thinking and decision making. This is a crucial step in creating more inclusive environments.
During the webinar, we’ll walk you through how the Self-Reflection Tool works, including the statements and elements that shape it, so you can confidently use it in your own context. More importantly, we’ll show you how to turn your reflections into a personalised action plan, one that celebrates your strengths, identifies areas for growth, and helps you prioritise your next steps.
This session is rooted in the idea that meaningful inclusion starts with individual responsibility. The tool is designed to support honest self-assessment and empower you to take ownership of your own learning and development. By reflecting on your practice and committing to improvement, you play a vital role in driving wider change across the sector.
By the end of the webinar, you’ll feel confident using the Self-Reflection Tool and equipped to deepen your inclusive practice with purpose, clarity, and accountability.
