Activity Alliance is inviting stakeholders to take part in our annual stakeholder survey to help us improve our support and services.
Your valued feedback helps us to understand more about our support, services and impact, and how we can better work together for a future where all disabled people feel they belong in sports and activities.

The survey can be completed by any person or organisation who has worked or engaged with Activity Alliance this past year. This includes organisations inside and outside of the sport and physical activity sector.
The survey should take approximately 10 minutes to complete and will stay open until 23:59 on Monday 14 September. Please share with relevant colleagues or interested parties.
