Episode 1: Men's Walk and Talk in Bassetlaw

Released on Time to Talk Day, the first episode features Norman Shaw and Simon Booth from Bassetlaw. They discuss how a simple walking group has become a lifeline for many local men, creating opportunities to improve mental wellbeing, tackle loneliness and enjoy being active together.

Parents in Amber Valley recognised there were few opportunities for children with additional needs to socialise and be active. They responded by creating an inclusive SEN Disco that continues to provide a welcoming, fun environment where young people and families can enjoy dancing together.

'Allyson Irvine, nominated as Inspiration of the Year, joins Nordic Walking instructor Catherine Hughes to explain how this accessible outdoor activity has helped people become more active, improve confidence and enjoy the outdoors together.

Conwy Dragons share how they have created an inclusive rugby club where everyone feels welcome. Hear how the club has grown from just a handful of members into a thriving team while providing a safe and supportive environment for LGBTQ+ players and allies.
