Webinar: Understanding impairment differences in sport and activity
Calling all supporters! Join Activity Alliance and partners for an engaging online webinar on Thursday 29 October exploring the latest findings from the Annual Disability and Activity Survey Impairment Report.
The Activity Alliance Annual Disability and Activity survey provides valuable insight into disabled people's experiences of sport and physical activity, highlighting how experiences can differ across impairment groups and the factors that shape participation, belonging, and inclusion.
You can read and download the Annual Disability and Activity Survey Impairment Report here.
The webinar will take place on Thursday 29 October at 1.30pm, and will bring together researchers and sector partners to discuss what the findings mean in practice and how organisations can use insight to improve opportunities and experiences for disabled people.
During this session, you’ll hear from Activity Alliance researchers and some of the National Disability Sport Organisations about:
- How experiences of sport and physical activity differ across impairment groups.
- Practical examples of how organisations are using insight to inform their work.
- What the sector can do collectively to strengthen knowledge, understanding and evidence.
- Available resources and support.
