Webinar: I2I, Turning learning into inclusive action
How can organisations turn learning into practical action to create more inclusive opportunities for disabled people across sports and activities?
Join Activity Alliance and Sport for Confidence on Wednesday 18 November, 11am–12pm, for an online webinar showcasing the progress, impact and learning from the Include to Improve programme.
Funded by Sport England, Include to Improve is led by Activity Alliance and Sport for Confidence. The programme aims to create more inclusive pathways for disabled people across sport and physical activity, helping to ensure they have equal opportunities to participate, volunteer and work.
Turning learning into action
The webinar will explore how organisations and individuals are working together to challenge barriers, influence change and build more inclusive cultures across the sector.
You'll hear about the achievements and key learning from the programme so far, including how the Lived Experience Network and Strategic Partner Network are helping to shape change.
The session will also showcase practical support provided to strategic partners, including recruitment audits, HR consultancy, peer advocate support and an online resource hub.
Disabled people and network members will share their experiences of contributing to the programme and influencing change. Attendees will also have the opportunity to access co-produced guidance, resources and practical tools to support their own inclusion journey.
The webinar will look ahead to the next phase of Include to Improve and how organisations and individuals can get involved.
Whether you're looking to strengthen inclusive recruitment, improve workplace culture or create more opportunities for disabled people, this session will provide practical insights and connections to help you take action.
