British Blind Sport looks forward to Sight Village London

On Tuesday 3 and Wednesday 4 November Queen Alexandra College (QAC) will once again be bringing the Sight Village roadshow to London, and British Blind Sport is looking forward to coming together with other exhibitors to support the event.

Organised by QAC, Sight Village London roadshow will take place on 3 and 4 November at the Kensington Town Hall. Described as an unmissable event for people with a visual impairment - the exhibition brings commercial companies and voluntary organisations together under one roof to showcase the latest technology, products and support services available.

As the National Disability Sports Organisation (NDSO) that provides visually impaired people with opportunities to participate in sport - British Blind Sport is delighted to be supporting the event and looking forward to speaking with lots of attendees over the two days.

British Blind Sport prides itself on 'making a visible difference through sport' by providing opportunities for children and adults to take sport in sport and physical activity. They know that being more active can enhance the lives of people with visual impairments,  improving their health, building confidence and increasing social interaction.

British Blind Sport offers a national events programme for both children and adults, along with a number of 'have a go' sport taster days. They also support and provide advice to parents, carers, teachers, coaches, sports clubs and other organisations on how to enable more people with visual impairments to participate in sport.
