England powerchair football upcoming training camp squad announced

The European Powerchair Football Association (EPFA) Nations Cup is fast approaching. This means the national squad only have two training camps left to confirm their squad of eight players who will travel to Ireland to represent England.

The training camp will take place from 25-27 April at St George's Park and coaching staff have been very impressed with the players that have attended the previous camps so far. They are extending the opportunity for players who have not yet been involved but could still get the chance to be a part of the squad. The coaching staff will still be looking closely at players throughout the National weekends in Nottingham.

Both Colin Gordon and Steve Pearson have been putting the players through their paces at St George's Park and are looking forward to doing so again at the end of April. Colin commented:

“The next two training camps are vital preparation for the Nations Cup in the summer so we hope all the selected players can show us how strong this England team can be.”

The confirmed squad for the forthcoming training camp is as below but the association would all like to welcome Josh Morris Ashton to the squad for the first time after his performance at the recent Premiership weekend.
