Tender for inclusive reopening research project

In our next research project, we will conduct a forward-looking study that explores how disabled people can be supported and included in organised physical activity as the pandemic continues. We are open for tenders to undertake this project. The deadline for applications is 5pm, 17 January 2022.

Activity Alliance is a sector leader in insight on disabled people in sport and physical activity. Since 2012, we have conducted many research projects on a range of topics. Gathering a detailed understanding of the people and processes that influence activity levels will help us and partners to achieve our aim of fairness for disabled people.

We know the pandemic has disproportionately impacted disabled people and caused challenges for activity providers and deliverers. This project will focus on the voice and experience of disabled people, but also reflect the reality of providers. We will bring both together to ensure that the reopening of physical activities is inclusive, and disabled people are supported to be active at this time.

We are seeking an independent research agency to work closely with us and our partners to conduct this research project.
