There are 11.5 million disabled people in England, accounting for one in five (21 per cent) of the total population. As a group, disabled people are a large part of your potential audience. And, as with any large group, there is no one-size-fits-all approach to how or what is communicated to disabled people.
We all have personal preferences to how we access information and recieve communications. Some disabled people have different needs or experience different barriers to accessing information.
